UNESCO White City of Tel Aviv
Part of the historic UNESCO White City of Tel Aviv, 7 Lachish St. offers a refined and contemporary take on the principles of Modernism and the International Style. Mixing elegant curved lines in its balconies with crisp white stucco and restrained massing, the 7-storey residential building refreshes this quaint corner of Tel Aviv’s city center while respecting the heritage guidelines of the district.
The project seeks to replace an existing 4-storey building from the 1960s, offering a densification solution with 3 new floors plus two levels of parking below ground level. Activating the corner lot, the building opens up to the intersection of Lachish and Megiddo Streets, creating an opportunity for public activity and interest.
