Located in the city of Petah Tikva, Intergreen is a vibrant tech hub that focuses on sustainability and responsible energy consumption. A sustainable take on the office building typology, the design process for the building carefully considered environmental aspects such as above-average access to clean light, air and water.

The introduction of tall curtain walls in comparison to floor space while designing high ceilings provided ample access to light while maintaining optimal flexibility and usage of space. Designing many balconies and green spaces ensured that individuals get to have a variety of spaces to inhabit during their day at work.

The building features a variety of spaces and services such as offices, performance and presentation halls and research laboratories with state-of-the-art environmental specs. Therefore, the architectural design of the space, both exterior as well as interior, required for sophisticated environmental and HVAC solutions not typical to an office space of this kind.
