Replacing the current block of 7 residential buildings with 90 units, the projects will propose 7 buildings with 386 units. There will be apartments for the existing residents, new apartments for sale, as well as 40 apartments designated as affordable housing units by the city of Tel Aviv.
In addition to the many types of housing, the project will also include public spaces such as 4 kindergartens located at the base of one of the towers.
Jerusalem Blvd. Is a mixed-use project, offering commercial spaces on the ground floors designed within a gallery overlooking the vibrant light rail station. A 1-acre public park is designed to stitch the project together and connect the streets flanking the complex to the private and public spaces within the complex and the neighborhood at large.
